At FunLittleOnes, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. That’s why we have a friendly and transparent policy for cancellations, exchanges, and returns. Please take a moment to go through the details below before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Simply email us at pwn@pwnclothing.in with your Order ID in the subject line, and we’ll take care of it.
Exchange & Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to exchange or return a product, here’s how we can assist you:
You Can Exchange Your Product If:
- You need a different size or prefer a different style.
- The product you received is damaged or defective.
- The product does not match your expectations.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- You can initiate an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
- Clearance merchandise and customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Products pre-approved over a call cannot be returned.
Special Service – Product Preview Before Dispatch
We’re happy to share images of your order before shipping for your approval. This way, you can be sure of what you’re receiving. Once approved, the item cannot be returned.
For International Orders
- Return shipping and Indian customs charges must be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
How to Return/Exchange an Item

Email us at pwn@pwnclothing.in within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Once we confirm your request, please send the product back to us at your own expense.

Make sure the package includes your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID, along with the size needed (for exchanges).

Important Notes:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We do not provide a reverse pick-up facility.
- We recommend using traceable shipping, as lost shipments will not be eligible for a refund.
- A 2% bank charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product:
- It will undergo a quality check.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original mode of payment within 7 working days.
If the required size/product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 60 days.
In Case of Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please:
- Email us at pwn@pwnclothing.in or call us at +91 9820216497 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send the product back to us with your order number.
- Once received, we will send you a fresh replacement.
