 Time taken to deliver your order:
We get on our toes as soon as you place an order with us. Delivery times are usually as follows:
1. Within India - your order should reach you in 4-7 business days from the date of order.
2. For Any Other Country 30 business days from the date of order.

Processing time for each product varies. Your entire order is shipped together once all products are ready to be shipped. The cart page and the checkout shipping page gives an estimated delivery date. Please note, deliveries can sometimes get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Packaging:
All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed and discreet.

Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:
If you receive a shipment that seems tampered, damaged or opened - please do not accept that shipment. Take a photo of the shipment and get in touch with our customer care team at pwn@pwnclothing.in or contact 9820216497

What is our Cancellation policy?

• For the cancellation of any product, please do it within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, email us at pwn@pwnclothing.in  along with the order id in the subject line.

• • You may exchange the product for a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unfortunate case that any goods that you have ordered from us are not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had expected—you may return or exchange the goods. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. Returns are not valid on clearance merchandise and customized orders.
  • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
  • Products that are customized are not returnable.
  • In case of deliveries outside India, you will be liable to pay the return shipping and Indian customs charges which are non-refundable.
  • So,  If the product is eligible for size exchange, please mail us at pwn@pwnclothing.in within 72 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Once your email gets notified by us, please send the product back to us by yourself.

   Note: Return to be valid only within 7 Days of receiving your order. We do not have a reverse pick-up facility. The cost of return shipping is to be made by the customer and is non-refundable. We suggest returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by funlittleones.com or PWN Clothing will be treated as not returned. Please note that 2 percent bank charges will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

  Kindly remember to take acknowledgment receipt of the number of dispatched products from the courier guy, with his signature and mobile number. funlittleones.com or PWN Clothing or its partners  will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
